Professors and Lecturers in Charge

The Domestic Science Course consists of six sections (Food and Nutrition, Clothing, Home Economics, Child Care, Subject-Education and Common Subjects), teaching staff for which are following;

Course Description

In the Music Course, students strive to understand the basics of music in order to become well respected, knowledgeable music teachers. Our goal is to educate students to be flexible, imaginative, broad minded and able to contribute to children's development through music.

Curriculum

Students learn the basics of five fields of music - vocal, piano, conducting, composition/musical theory, musicology. Also available are a variety of practical subjects, such as Solfeggio, Choral Singing, Concert, Keyboard Harmony, Ethnic Music (gamelin) and Introduction to Musicology.

Licenses and Certificates

Granted upon graduation: Elementary School Teacher's License: Category 1
In addition to this, Teacher's for the following are available as sub-licenses: License for Kindergarten (Category 1 or 2), Junior High School (Category 1 or 2), High School (Category 1) and Special Needs School (Category 1 or 2).

Employment Situation and Career Opportunities

Teaching at elementary schools and depending on sub-licenses, kindergartens, junior high schools, high schools and special needs schools.
